We love working with creative businesses that are design focused but we have worked with all sorts of business owners & entrepreneurs, and love to take on different projects.
HOW DO I GET STARTED?
Start with filling out the client application form on our contact us page. You'll hear back within 48 business hours (M—F) to talk more about details. After our discovery call, we will prepare your custom proposal. From there, you’ll receive the design contract to review & sign as well as the project deposit invoice to secure your slot in the studio calendar.
WHICH WEBSITE PLATFORMS DO YOU USE?
We are Shopify partners and love using Shopify for E-commerce stores. For content led or service based businesses we love working on Squarespace, and WordPress.
WHAT ARE YOU FEES?
Head over to our services page to see a breakdown of our prices where applicable. Due to the nature of our e-commerce clients, prices vary. We offer custom packages based on the specific goals of the client. Before your custom proposal is created, we'll discuss your budget and unique website needs.
WHAT ARE YOUR PAYMENT TERMS?
Our payment terms are 50% deposit before work begins to secure your booking, and 50% when the website ownership is handed over.
IS THE DEPOSIT REFUNDABLE?
Unfortunately, it is not. Deposits are our way of securing your spot in studio calendar. Many projects are booked months in advance which means we have to turn away clients for your booked spot. If you decide to back out of the project, it’s a spot that could have been given to someone else. Deposits ensure all our clients are committed to their projects.
